Ravi Madugula

Mahesh Krishnamoorthy

Ravi Madugula is the company's system/network engineer. He is responsible for network maintenance, capacity planning, systems administrations of NT servers, user's management and all Internet IT applications.
Ravi has been instrumental in keeping our network going, maintaining all of the internal and external computer accesses, installing a new phone system and most importantly - the installation of a lease line to India that will have a significant impact on access and cost of phone calls to and from India office. More recently, Ravi successfully helped install a new voice mail system in the Sacramento office. Ravi has been working for up to 24 hours a day during installationof the WAN link to India and while integrating voice and data communications between the two offices.

Born in Andhra Pradesh, India, Ravi received his bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore, India and obtained a Master's in Computer Science at the University of Dayton, in Dayton, Ohio.

Mahesh Krishnamoorthy joined R Systems in Feburary of 1995. He is currently working at International Telecommunication Data Systems (ITDS), in Champaign, IL as a technical consultant responsible for technical design and development for the software development team. Prior to joining R Systems, Mahesh worked at Eicher Span Financial Services in Madras, Tamil Nadu, as a Systems Manager where he was responsible for day-to-day activities of the system department which includes enhancements, recruitment etc. He also worked at RKKR Steels Ltd., in Madras, Tamil Nadu as a senior systems analyst, responsible for design and development.

He received is Bachelors in Computer Science, in 1987 and is currently doing MBA (Tech. Management) with Univ. of Phoenix. He is married to Bhuvana and has one child, Rohin, aged two. Mahesh is from Trichy, Tamil Nadu. His favorite hobbies include table tennis, (he was the captain of his college's table tennis team) basketball and obtaining his MBA!

Chandra Kant Taneja

Chandra Kant joined R Systems last year as a senior project manager. His first assignment was at ICI Paints in Cleveland, Ohio where he performed quite well. When that assignment ended, Chandra Kant moved to Champaign, Illinois and joined our client, ITDS as a manager for Production Support. Chandra Kant initially managed 3 supervisors in this division and a team of 24. Under his leadership, the team grew to 5 supervisors and 57 team members. Although Chandra Kant's responsibilities at his client site were tremendous, he graciously agreed to become our consultant liasion, helping R Systems' consultants to settle, adjust, and manage any difficulties they might have. He handles their personal issues and problems. Chandra Kant also helps to resolve customer issues and has met with managers at his client site to discuss hiring and placement concerns.

Chandra Kant, his wife Hema and five-and-a-half year old daughter Krishna reside in Champaign, Illinois. Chandra Kant enjoys helping others and talking to people. He likes to swim, and likes to take long drives with his family. His favorite thing about the US is the freedom we have to go anywhere we want.

Chandra Kant's wife was very happy when she heard the news, and so was his daughter who brought him a cake and proceeded to tell all her friends that her daddy had received an award. Chandra himself was humble about receiving the award saying that he is so touched to receive an award for simply doing his job!

Congratulations Chandra Kant, you definitely have earned the title, Consultant of the Year 1998!
